For Etienne, hospitality has never been about perfection — it’s about presence. It’s about being calm under pressure, generous without being overbearing, and confident without ego.

He trained at the South African Butler Academy, graduating cum laude, and built a career delivering world-class service for royalty, billionaires, celebrities, and private families across Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa.

His work has taken him from Seabourn Cruise Lines and private superyachts to the Royal Palace in Riyadh. He’s managed exclusive properties in Camps Bay, Hyde Park, and Zimbali. He’s also led service teams at L’eto Café in Dubai, a hotspot for luxury travellers.

Along the way, he developed a quiet expertise in knowing what makes people feel cared for — and how to help others deliver that same feeling through refined etiquette, thoughtful operations, and human connection.
